After upgrading to camtasia 8.4.0 my microphone is only recording the left channel when i record the screen. the audio settings button is greyed out/disabled so i can't switch it to record in mono and distribute the sound evenly between the two speakers..
In camtasia, ensure your recording volume is set high enough. you can adjust this on the main camtasia recorder window with the horizontal level input bar. to determine if the problem is the mic or camtasia try a test in windows sound recorder to see if you also get low volume in your recording..
