revaLg has officially released the android 5.0 lollipop update for all lg g2 (d802) users and it can be flashed by everyone because it is a kdz file. kdz are the files that contain the firmware for lg devices.. Awesome! does exactly what it says, been searching unsuccessfully for a way to install twrp on my g2 and it doesn't get any easier than this. update: i found to update anything using twrp i had to use an older bootloader as the one with 5.0 had security that wouldn't allow custom roms.. Lg g2 is one of the powerful and very nice devices in g lineup; the device still has a strong presence in the market. the device got the stock updated version android 5.0.2 lollipop recently and the users are searching for the manual downloads updates..
A few days back, at&t started the rollout of much awaited android 5.0 lollipop software update for lg g2 (d800). the update is available to download via firmware over the air (fota) and requires wi-fi to update.. Android 5, aka lollipop, demonstrates google's commitment to providing a better mobile experience. its paper-like aesthetic keeps the os consistent with google's web apps.. They didn’t link the right one above to download, but remember you are getting lollipop 5.0.1 with this rom not 5.1. get the correct gapps=gapps minimal edition 2015-04-04 for android 5.0.x (90 mb)..
